Tonight while my sweet wife is at RS General Meeting I sat at home with the kids quietly slumbering in bed and decided that I wanted to learn what my sweetheart was learning. I turned on the TV just in time to see Elder Uchdorf take the stand and give great talk about the “Forget Me
Five Petals are a Metaphor for Things We Should Not Forget
- Forget Not to Be Patient With Yourself
- Forget Not The Difference Between a Good Sacrifice and a Foolish Sacrifice
- Forget Not To Be Happy Now
- Forget Not the Why of the Gospel
- Forget Not that the Lord Loves You
(Dieter F. Uchdorf – Relief Society General Meeting – September 24, 2011)
What a wonderful talk by Elder Uchdorf. How grateful I am today to remember who I am, and who the Lord would have me be. Here are a few scriptures that are related to remembering who we are:
- Moses 1:13(Moses Reminds Satan Who He Is)
- Alma 5:26(Can ye feel so now?)

Thanks so much for your website.
Growing up in a different faith where God was most often portrayed as a condemning and punishing God, rather than as a loving God, one of my biggest challenges after becoming a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints was to truly believe God would and really does love me, in spite of my many short-comings.
I now know He does, which changes my reasons for the things I do in His service.
This was such an amazing talk! You are a true blessing to your wife!
